A brand new space connected to Clover Club, located right next door, offering a fresh concept while maintaining our same commitment to excellence.
Saloons were once ubiquitous in American life, with 23 for every Starbucks today in 1897. These establishments were more than drinking spots; they were vibrant communal spaces where face-to-face interactions represented a crucial part of the day’s social fabric.
The Space
Our 21st-century rendition will revive this tradition with a relaxed, open room, anchored by a 13-seat antique wood-carved bar, complemented by an equally long drink rail, and yes, swinging doors. We will feature a classically focused cocktail menu comprised of beloved mainstays and lesser-known gems.
From the Parlor to the Saloon
In conjunction with our Parlor room, the Saloon gives us the flexibility to accommodate a wider variety of celebrations and events, both in size and scope to best suit your cocktail gatherings.
Cocktail Classes
After fielding requests for years, the Saloon will allow us to finally offer cocktail classes at Clover Club. We are thrilled to have a new way to connect with our guests through sharing the rewarding pastime of crafting cocktails from scratch.
